This hotel is overlooking Dam Square and next to the main shopping street of Amsterdam. It is also within walking distance of Central Station and all major tourist attractions.

The bedrooms vary in size depending on which part of the building they are situated. They are, in general, quite large with up-to-date decor in shades of blue offering a high level of comfort. Some rooms have recently been refurbished, and are extremely modern decorated in deeper contrasting colours with new furniture. The bathrooms are all medium sized and also in good condition, especially the newer ones.

There is a small restaurant and bar available to hotel guests serving both Dutch and Swiss dishes at very reasonable prices.
